CAPHC-CPDSN Paediatric Mental Health Survey - May 2017

Child and youth mental health care is a priority for the Canadian Association of Paediatric Health Centres (CAPHC). To support information needs, CAPHC's Canadian Paediatric Decision Support Network (CPDSN) is performing further engagement with partners to develop a more focused understanding of current stakeholders, challenges and current strategies in place to improve paediatric mental health care in Canada.

The Canadian Paediatric Decision Support Network (CPDSN) has put together the following 10 question focused survey on paediatric mental health available at the following link: https://www.research.net/r/W3HMM2G .

CAPHC - CPDSN encourages your organizations to share this survey with your colleagues to create a large set of responses in the development of future paediatric mental health reports. Your contributions are valuable and important in understanding and developing information for the paediatric mental health sector across Canada.

Please provide your responses by Friday June 23, 2017.

If you have any questions, concerns or issues accessing the survey from the link, please let Siam Javeid or Andrew Tomayer know and they can assist.

Thank you in advance for your responses.
